Privacy Policy

Gujarati Learner ("the app") is made by dp Digital Media LLC. The app teaches reading Gujarati script and is designed for children and adults.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. Nothing you do leaves your device. The only download is Apple's optional on-device Gujarati speech model, which iOS fetches from Apple when you tap Download in pronunciation practice; no information about you is sent.
What stays on your device
Your lessons completed, streaks, practice history, achievements and preferences are stored only on your device, in the app's own database. They are never uploaded, synced or shared. Deleting the app removes them; "Reset all progress" in Settings erases them while keeping the app.
Microphone
The optional pronunciation practice (in grown-up mode only; Kids mode never uses the microphone) uses the microphone only while you are practising a word. Speech is recognised on the device itself using Apple's on-device speech recognition. Audio is never recorded to a file, stored or sent anywhere. You can decline microphone access and use every other part of the app.
Children
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13. There are no profiles, chat, purchases or links to outside websites inside the learning experience. In Kids mode, settings and the switch to the full app sit behind a grown-ups question.
What we never do

- No recording, storing or sending of microphone audio
- No profiles, chat, purchases or outside links inside the learning experience
Changes
If a future version adds any data collection (for example optional iCloud sync), this policy will be updated first and the app will ask for your consent where required.
