Privacy Policy

Charge Status does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

Everything stays on your device

All measurements — battery level, charging speed, session history, and the remembered charger profile — are computed and stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to the developer or to any third party.

How the numbers are made

Battery statistics come from Apple's public battery APIs. Estimates such as wattage, charger type, and time to full are derived on-device from how fast the battery level changes.

Subscriptions & free trial

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. The developer never sees your payment details. Your free-trial start date is stored on your device (and in your device's keychain) solely to know when the trial ends.

Deleting the app

If you delete the app, its data is deleted with it. The trial date may persist in the device keychain.

What we never do

No collecting, transmitting, selling, or sharing of personal data

No access to your payment details — Apple handles the subscription

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
